Aspen Court is located in the heart of Lakeview, Oregon.  The property houses senior citizens and people with disabilities.  Aspen Court was built in 1976 and remodeled in 2005. 

 

This property offers 16 1-bedroom units on two levels.  Units have air conditioning, on-site laundry facilities, optional garden area, and parking.   This property is funded by Rural Development which subsidizes tenants rent.  Tenant portion is 30% of their adjusted annual income.  Rent includes water, sewer, and garbage.
