Iris Glen Townhomes

Built in 2010, Iris Glen has 36 townhome units: 20-1 bedroom units, 12-2 bedroom units, and 4-3 bedroom units.  Located in the Hot Springs area of Klamath Falls, it is close to Ponderosa Middle School and Klamath Union High School.  Iris Glen Townhomes provides geo-thermal heating to all units at no cost to the tenants.  Additional design features include natural cross ventilation for improved air quality in each unit and well-insulated buildings with high performance windows to keep units warm in the winter and cool during the summer months.

The 1,250 square foot Community Room includes a laundry area, public restrooms and public kitchen.  There are multiple play areas on the property for children, as well as picnic and barbeque areas. Smoking is not allowed in the units.
